Cross-party discussion and curry night in Labour's favourite Indian eatery
This curry night and discussion brings Labour Party members and supporters together in a convivial setting and is aimed at uniting the party, debating the issues that matter and clearing the air.
The much-loved Mumbai Square (7 Middlesex St, London E1 7AA) is regarded as the Labour Party's favourite Indian restaurant, having hosted countless fundraisers for the party. It is approximately five minutes walk from Liverpool Street station and two minutes walk from Aldgate East station.
6:30pm - The evening will begin with starters (with vegetarian and vegan options).
7pm - Host for the night Crispin Flintoff will invite all diners to participate in a discussion on the Labour Party and on strategies for winning the next General Election.
Everyone will be invited to speak through the microphone.
Hogging the mic, heckling or personal attacks will not be tolerated. These are the ground rules.
8:30pm - The main course (vegetarian/vegan options available) will be served
9:15pm - Dessert will be served.
Entertainment will be provided during the courses.
